After a few jet-laggy days back from Bali, it feels good to be settled, listening to my body, and back doing what I love.

I gave my skin some proper care over the weekend with a Radiofrequency & Mesotherapy facial — a reminder of how effective this combination is for hydration, comfort and overall skin quality, especially after travel or fatigue.

After a few jet-laggy days 🙃back from Bali, it feels good to be settled, listening to my body, and back doing what I love.

Bali update 🇮🇩🌴
This trip is officially dedicated to rest, reset and very important research 😉

One gorgeous experience was at The Jungle Club with Bella and Lula 💚
They opted for foot & leg massages while I very sensibly went for a full body Balinese massage because honestly… it’s all about me 👍😅😂

So far I’ve also had leg & foot massages, full body Balinese (a few… no regrets), hot stone, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue and face massages. Every single one has been a great experience ✨

Still to come: a facial and a Shiatsu massage, plenty of time yet 🙌
Toes were painted too… although they scuffed before I even left the place 😂 so that’s on the redo list.

Feeling relaxed, grateful and soaking up all the inspiration 🤍

✨ First day back after Christmas! ✨

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas 🎄 I had a really special one spent with family, my beautiful granddaughters and friends, feeling very grateful 💕

Just a little reminder that I’ll be away in January, so there is very limited availability between now and 6th January.

2017 I retrained as a Nail Technician, Beauty Therapist & Massage Therapist.

Many years ago as a young teenager I dream’t of becoming a Beautician as young girls do, instead I went into the Banking Industry which I also very much enjoyed prior to my move to France with my then husband. Arriving in France without the language it was clear if I wanted to work I would have to find something new.

I painted for a while, not nails but an acrylic auto biography on canvas which I had some success with. The Nice Matin wrote an article about an exhibition in Grasse where I exhibited my paintings “A rollercoaster of powerful, colourful display of emotions......”
