Dans le cadre de la Semaine de l'Industrie, nous ouvrons nos portes à des classes entières. Les visites guidées sont suivies d'une présentation des filières de l'industrie, pour les aider les jeunes à mieux comprendre les opportunités offertes par notre secteur.
✅ 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 : plus de 30 étudiants rejoignent chaque année nos sites français pour apprendre à nos côtés et bénéficient d'une journée d'intégration qui mêle team building, parcours de découvertes et moments conviviaux.
✅ 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲 : nos collaborateurs bénéficient de parcours de développement pour évoluer et grandir avec nous.
✅ 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗔 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 : depuis 3 ans, nous proposons une classe interne dédiée à la réinsertion professionnelle. La prochaine session démarre d'ailleurs en janvier à Rang-du-Fliers !

Big week for our Marquette, MI team as we welcome 3 brand-new SW multi-spindle milling centers into the EXALTA fleet. A major investment that strengthens our capacity to support accelerating OEM demand.
This is not just about new equipment. It’s about our commitment to expanding our footprint, unlocking more capacity, and building the scalable infrastructure our customers rely on.

🎉 650 smiles, a brand-new factory, and a rock’n’roll photobooth…𝑲𝑰⚡︎⚡︎
2 weeks ago, our Rang-du-Fliers site opened its doors to the families of our employees for a truly special day!
Following the official inauguration the day before, we wanted to keep the momentum of our new EXALTA identity going with a festive, creative, and heartwarming event.

Rather than turning a new page, we’ve chosen to launch a whole new album — and what better way to do it than with music?

🎸🎤 Thanks to our photobooth, everyone had the chance to form their own band, strike a pose with loved ones, and leave with a fun keepsake from the day.
And that was just the beginning!
The program included:
- A “spot the differences” game based on a manufacturing plan
- Surgical instrument demonstrations
- A corn hole challenge
- A friendly barbecue
- A bouncy castle for the little ones

✨ One of the highlights of the day: celebrating 70 employees with over 20 years of service — out of the 260 people working on site.
