What to go for when you want it all, it's a beautiful dilemma to have today...

So I'm excited and full of gratitude that I'm visiting my beautiful friend and fellow therapist Alaine at Om Holistic, The Bothy, Spa Bottom Farm

Plus I love my treatments with Alaine so very much. We always have the same ideas when it comes to how we want our clients to feel - so cherished and nurtured, I know I'm in for a treat.

I find it hard to switch off during treatments with other therapists sometimes, I'm always thinking about what techniques they are using and what's next. With Alaine it's not like that, I just feel safe and I rest so deeply. That's what I always aim for with my clients and sometimes it's hard to find a therapist that works like you do, that cares so deeply that they insightfully slow to meet your rhythm then take you into sublime zen 🙏
