Thank you for coming to my well-being day on Friday. Gentle stretching class, followed by a relaxing sound bath using the gong. 3 course home made healthy lunch, followed by treatments from myself and the amazing Vanessa Bailey corps, âme , esprit in the afternoon.

Reiki, full body massage, reflexology, cranial massage..... Something for everyone!

Thank you for coming on my coven boat trip🥰 25 degrees🌞 it was like a summers day! We found a beautiful place to lie down under the trees and drift off to the sounds of the drums! A true moment of connection and calm, with each other and nature 🍃

If you're interested in a boat trip to make the most of this glorious weather we're having, just let me know. I am flexible with dates and catering options are also available.

Thank you to everyone that came to the magic rock last night. What a beautiful evening under a perfectly clear starry sky. I felt so lucky and grateful to be able to share this time with you. We shared hot soup, and delicious healthy brownies (thanks Daniëlle Akkerman 🤤) The gong sang and helped us into a meditative state of truth and connection. Everything was made and prepared with love. This is such a special, healing place to be together.

Let me know if this type of event resonates with you. I am always open to new suggestions, and happy to organise and cater.

Je me suis sentie si chanceuse et reconnaissante d'avoir pu partager ce moment avec vous. Nous avons partagé une soupe chaude et de délicieux brownies sains (merci Daniëlle Akkerman 🤤). Le gong a chanté et nous a accompagnés dans un état méditatif de vérité et de connexion. Tout a été préparé avec amour. C'est un lieu si spécial et apaisant pour se retrouver ensemble.

A seriously amazing sky this morning and this evening. Very powerful energies indeed! Best morning meditation I've had for quite some time. The sun was alive with an aura of all the colours of the rainbow..... Incredible....... And very healing.

How I discovered reiki

I discovered reiki knowing absolutely nothing about it, and when I was told what it was, was very skeptical. My friend was studying reiki and needed guinea pigs to practice on. She is a lawyer by profession, and is very practicle, intelligent, straight down the line type of person. So, I thought, if she believes there’s something in it, then why not give it a try, I’ve got nothing to lose! I had such a powerful reaction during my first reiki treatment, that I immediately decided I needed to learn more about it. At the time, and for some time previous I had been suffering from stress with various physical symptoms such as hair loss and insomnia, although at the time, I didn’t beleive that I had a problem, I had 2 young children and I was just ‘getting on with it’! The first and subsequent reiki treatments helped me so much that I took the reiki 1 course (to enable me to treat myself) and then reiki 2 (so that I could treatother people). So, in a relatively short space of time I have had my opinions changed hugely, and have had my mind opened to a whole new way of looking at life.
