Si estás pensando en crear tu espacio de yoga en casa, te recomiendo que, además de dejar un espacio para tu esterilla, te rodees de belleza: plantas, pequeñas figuras o decoraciones que te traigan recuerdos de algún viaje o de lugares relajantes… así podrás hacer de tu espacio de yoga un lugar de recogimiento y calma.🙏🏼
En mi casa de París, como es muy pequeñita, tengo una bandeja donde pongo unas piedras , unas velas y una figura de Ganesha que me compré en Mysore (India) en 2016 cuando fui a practicar Ashtanga.

La vida no para de traerme mujeres increíbles con las que compartir alegrías y duelos y, en este 8 de Marzo, quiero agradecer a estas dos mujeres su increíble energía, su capacidad de adaptación, sus ganas de cambiar el mundo, sus largos audios (y su paciencia por escuchar los míos, que todavía lo son más 😬), su conocimiento, su pasión y todo lo que, quizás sin darse cuenta, me están dando desde que comenzamos a caminar de la mano en este proyecto feminista que es The StudiOh!

No me alargo, además de sentirme agradecida, hoy estoy hecha polvo porque estoy en mi primer día de menstruación. Así que voy a retirarme, voy a descansar. Que esto también es revolucionario. 😴

PD.Me encantaría tener una foto de las tres juntas en persona. ¡Algún día pasará!

💜 Life does’ t stop bringing me incredible women to share joys and griefs and, on this March 8th, I want to thank these two women for their incredible energy, their ability to adapt, their desire to change the world, their long audios (and their patience to listen to mine, which are even longer 😂), their knowledge, their passion and everything that, perhaps without noticing, they have given me since we started walking hand in hand in this feminist project that is The StudiOh!

Besides feeling grateful, today I am really tired because I am on my first day of menstruation. So I'm going to rest. That this is also revolutionary.😴

➡️Thinking about being able to go deeper into the practice and its background, we have decided to create a section of workshops where we will offer longer classes, since sometimes in one hour of classes during the week we don’t have time to give you everything we would like to share.

➡️ We will start with two workshops in English:

💜Saturday 27th of February
Ashtanga Yoga, theory and practice with Ana

➡️In this two hours workshop I will share with the participants the theoretical foundations of the Ashtanga Yoga method and the physical bases for a long lasting practice.

Journey to Forearm Balance and Handstand with Jana

➡️This is a workshop for everyone who is on their journey to Forearm Balance and / or Handstand or they want to learn the basics of these poses.

Tratando de abrirme y confiar de nuevo después de unas semanas de mucha mente, de mucho pensar en el futuro. ⌛

¿Alguien más se ha sentido así? La astrología lo explica con la gran cantidad de planetas en Acuario que tenemos en el cielo ahora mismo. Para contrarrestar esa energía de aire 🌬️hace falta más "tierra" 🏞️: atención al cuerpo, movimiento, alimentos saludables, movimiento...
Me parece que, creas o no en la astrología, el consejo es muy necesario.
