I am Johanna and I am offering a holistic approach on personal development and wellbeing. My mission is to inspire you to grow, to find your best self and live your dream. My main values are openness, honesty and confidence. These values are guiding me to create a higher human awareness. Together we can create a better world. I will help you to grow, to release your potential and to let go of what is holding you back. I have several complementary methods at my disposal such as life coaching, coaching leadership, the PEAT methods and energy treatments as Reiki healing and Sabaaydi massage. Together we can light more stars in the sky. ✨️✨️✨️

The month of December. The last month of the year.

It is dark, the shortest day. We look forward to the light that will soon begin to return.

This year I have a clear feeling of ending a chapter and entering a new one.

Earlier in my life, December was a month of rushing without stopping. No time to breath.

This year I have been able to give myself time to reflect over this year, looking back and reflecting over where I am going.

I have been able to land within myself and choose what is important to me.

The past year has been a year of deep integration of my work in the world.

Transformation from within.

I feel I have been able to land.
I stand on solid ground.
I have created a life of harmony and meaning.

A life where my desires find space, my relationships can flourish.

There is a feeling of freedom and resonance.

I feel it inside.

I believe it shows on the outside.

I have been able to land where there is space for all of me, to become who I truly am.

To let my light shine. I can spread my light to you and to many others.

My mission is to reach out to even more people, to light even more stars in the sky.

The lights that light up the darkness. The beautiful starry sky.

For many of us, December is still a time with many musts and rushing around. The feeling of light and stillness or peace and harmony has to wait until the last minute.

The smells and traditions are certainly wonderful.

I love the feeling of flow ❤️

I can feel it in my body. It flows easily, easefully, steadily. Sometimes powerfully, sometimes quietly, constantly in motion.

A very pleasant feeling.
Far from the feeling of struggle and worry.
There is something allowing within that feeling.
It feels like there is room for me.

How would it feel to live a life where there is room for the whole of you?

Where all that is you can be held and witnessed?

We are so used to only seeing and attending to the parts of ourselves that we like.

You might find some parts of yourself that you like, or that you actually think are beautiful.

The part of you that is strong or brave.

The one who has something important to say or the one who is good at telling funny stories.

But what about the part that is feeling small or scared?

Or the part of you that hasn't done so much today and just longs to be.

The part that is sensitive and very soft.

The part that takes up so much space and has such big visions.

We can learn how to reconnect and touch with love the parts of ourselves that have been shut down, pushed aside, and hidden.

You soften. The hard outer shell is no longer needed.

The struggle ends and you feel peace.

There is flow within.

Dear friends,

For me, this summer was a period of deep presence, family time, connecting time, nature experiences, physical challenge and integration.

A time to stop, to rest and to give myself some time to come back to myself, to integrate what has been going on for me this year.
I feel so grateful!

Now we are already feeling the autumn vibes with heavy rain and some beautiful sunny days.

It's been a while since I've reached out. I know, I have been very silent. Some of you have even reached out to me wondering if everything is okay. Yes, everything is good!

I have been in a period of slow flow where the words haven’t come easily. So the break became longer than I had anticipated.

It's all about big changes inside that needed some time to sink in, to integrate.

It has been going on for a long time already. This feeling that everything is exactly as it should be. I wake up with a feeling of inner peace and inner flow. It feels almost like a river inside that moves slowly but steadily. Always present. Sometimes big and almost overwhelming, other times softer and more modest.

This flow helps me to be here and now, in the present moment. Listening to my inner voice, my inner wisdom. It gives me a direction forward.

I move forward without pushing or struggling like I have done for so many years. That which was my everyday life before.

I know this is big, this is important!
A new foundation to stand upon!

Some weeks ago we had such a beautiful long weekend. Together with some friends and some new friends, we packed our backpacks and set off for a three-day trip to the sacred mountain of Canigou. This is the emblematic mountain that is visible in the entire region of Occitanie. We can see it even from our village. I love the view of the mountain.

What wonderful days we had. Fantastic views. Wonderful weather. Nice company, important conversations, laughter and tears, challenges and flow and rest.

It became so clear to me that hiking in the mountains or in other beautiful places is like a journey in itself. An inner journey. A healing journey.

During a long hike like this, a lot happens to each and everyone. The group slowly starts to get together. After a while you start to relax. You get into your rhythm. You stop thinking so much and start to feel more. You get into your body. Sometimes you feel some ace or pain, your backpack feels heavy or you feel tired. Sometimes it is just gratitude or joy that emerges.

During this hike, so much happened to several of us. Sometimes it was just silence. Several times we had these deep conversations that touched something profound inside of us. Something that wanted to come to the surface. Something that had not been seen and heard in the midst of all the noise around us. Feelings that were allowed to come out and be free. A feeling of relief and new awareness that emerged.

The mountain carried us and helped us to let go of what was no longer needed within us. A sacred mountain and a sacred journey.

There were several of us who did not want to leave. It felt so good simply to be there. We carry the feelings and the memories with us.
We shared an experience, a journey.

I carry so many insights from this hike.
One of them is that I love being among the mountains and hiking in the mountains.

Another one is that I am fascinated by the inner journey. I do believe that you know that already 😉

A thought was raised! What happens if we put these two things together?

Then came the realisation! I want to lead healing hikes in the future.

What does the life you dream of look like? What is it that makes you happy and full of joy? How do you feel when you are in your power?

How much of this can you allow into your reality? Deep down, do you feel you deserve to be happy or live the life you dream of?

For many of us it is much easier to give than to receive, isn't it?

For me living in this region is like fulfilling a dream. Look at all the beauty. Having all of this just nearby is so amazing, it makes me feel so happy. It gives me the opportunity to feel alive, to enjoy my life and to be free.

Going on a hike is allowing myself to receive, to feel, to feel my body, to challenge myself a little bit, to connect to nature and all the elements, to enjoy, to allow the thoughts to stop and just to be. Suddenly the joy of being alive pours out of me and I feel like jumping and running and laughing out loud.

Going on a hike is also about being reciliant, sharing moments of beauty, joy and fun and some moments of pain or fatigue, of rest, and to receive the reward. The flow of life.

A beautiful day out and a good nights sleep afterwards.
