WHY MASSAGE? 😊
"The spine is what holds our body together. It is what provides support for the muscles.
But when our spine becomes destabilized, worn out, and distorted, the muscles and spine change roles:
now they become stiff and strain to keep the spine upright.
Literally: the roles are reversed.
It's not our spine that hurts, but the muscles around it.
They are in spasm, they are hard as a rock, they suffer,they accumulate that famous lactic acid, it was once said that it "corrodes the nerve endings" - it's not that simple, but it's not bad to visualize where the problem is.
