WHEN A WRONG SPIRIT HAS TAKEN OVER AN ASSISTANT PASTOR DURING MINISTRATION ON THE ALTAR OF HIS FATHER:
8 WAYS TO KNOW YOU ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A WRONG SPIRIT:
The Job of an assistant pastor is a very sensitive one.
The greatest attack that can happen to any ministry is to have an assistant pastor without the Spirit of the Sent Man or the spirit of the house.
There is the spirit of the sent man.
There is the spirit of the house.
There is the spirit of commission.
There is the spirit of the ministry.
There is the spirit of the ministry during ministrations on the altar of the sent man.
By all means, try and be influenced and impacted by the Spirit of God as manifested in the place you are serving.
IT IS THE SAME SPIRIT OF GOD EVERY WHERE BUT DIFFERENT ADMINISTRATIONS IN DIFFERENT CONGREGATIONS.
WHEN YOU NOTICE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING DURING MINISTRATION BY AN ASSISTANT PASTOR, JUST KNOW THAT A WRONG SPIRIT HAS TAKEN OVER HIM:
HE MAY BE CONFIDENT IN HIS MINISTRATION BUT A WRONG SPIRIT HAS ENTERED INTO HIM:
IT MUST BE THE SPIRIT OF ELIJAH DOTH REST UPON ELISHA.
IT MUST ALSO BE WHEN THEY SAW THE BOLDNESS OF PETER, JAMES AND JOHN, AND PERCEIVED THEY WERE IGNORANT AND UNLEARNED MEN, THEY TOOK KNOWLEDGE OF THEM THAT THEY HAD BEEN WITH CHRIST.
THERE ARE EIGHT OF THEM:
REMEMBER THE ALTAR BELONGS TO GOD, BUT THE SUPERVISION ON THAT ALTAR BELONGS TO THE SET MAN:
KING DAVID IN THE BIBLE SAID CREATE IN ME A NEW HEART AND RENEW A RIGHT SPIRIT WITHIN ME.
THERE ARE RIGHT SPIRIT, THERE ARE ALSO WRONG SPIRIT.
1. A Wrong spirit has taken over you, if you get to the altar and change the topic and the body of the message you were given, because you heard God gave you something different. God is not the author of confusion. Stay with the topic and the focus they gave you.
2. A Wrong spirit has taken over you, if you get to the altar and you are making references to fathers and mentors that your own father and church don't subscribe to. Can you hear the name of any pastor from the mouth of Bishop Abioye or Rev Tom that their fathers don't openly identify with? You are a victim of another spirit. It was only after Bishop David Abioye became a church founder that I heard him mention some names during his ministration for the first time in my 30 years of knowing him. He may not have mentioned those names as an assistant Pastor.
3. A Wrong spirit has taken over you, if you say things like I am not operating with the anointing of this altar, I have my own anointing, a different spirit has taken over you. It is the spirit of the house that is at work. Even if you have another spirit, you are not to say it, it is people that will see it, know it, and even say it. It is pride for you to say i am not operating with the Anointing of this house, that I have my own Anointing.
4. A Wrong spirit has taken over you, if under the anointing you saw a negative vision for your spiritual parents and you openly declared it to the hearing of everyone, it is a strange spirit at work. Are you saying your father is now spiritually blind like Prophet Eli? The approach to this one is to walk up to him after service and share what you saw with him. Let everything be done decently and orderly. If he is not open to such revelations, you keep it to yourself. So as not to hurt yourself. That is why you can't serve under every leader. There is always a leader that is made for you.
5. A Wrong spirit has taken over you, if under the anointing during your ministration, you went into the congregation to start laying hands on the heads of the members without authorization. The laying of hands on the heads of members during ministration is an ordinance that is administered by the priest and prophet placed over the house. Respect peoples head. On our Thursday morning Deliverance service, tagged Operation pray yourself out, if I am not around, I tell the pastor in charge of that service, feel free to function very well. Go into the congregation and minister to the people one on one. If God gives you a word for anyone, feel free to deliver it. Make them not to miss me. This can only be done for a pastor whose head is correct. Not for a devil disguising as a son.
6. A Wrong spirit has taken over you, if during your ministration, you are led to carry out a prophetic act that your church doesn't subscribe to. Even the one your church subscribes to, it is wrong to switch to that during your ministration. For example as you were preaching, you heard God said to you tell them to rush outside and bring 7 stones each. For it is the stone that kills Goliath. The stone will first remove you from that altar for at least two years. You can't also hear, bring me the communion, God said I should serve you guys the communion now. You are in error. There are no two people, hearing God for one commission. God doesn't call two people. He calls the set man, the set man chooses those he can work with. Including the wife of the set man.
7. A Wrong spirit has taken over you, if during a message that will last for 45 minutes, you used 40 minutes to pray for the people or lead the people in prayers. It is a teaching service, not a prayer meeting. Even if you like prayer, don't also like disobedience. The spirit of the prophet is subjected to the prophet. You can't use twenty minutes to sing before preaching a 45 minutes sermon. Where will they get the twenty minutes from? You are a preacher not a guest artist.
8. A Wrong spirit has taken over you, if you say anything that makes the challenges of your father becomes glaring, conspicuous and obvious to the people: for example, you are on the altar of a father who is actively involved in politics, or very close to politicians, and you kept shouting politics and church can't mix together. No Pastor in his right mind should have anything to do with politicians. You are in error of a wrong spirit. This one is even a very strange spirit.
Your pastor operates an hotel, and you kept shouting in your message, no christain in his right mind should operate an hotel. You have become the enemy of your church. Or May be i asked you to go and preach the power of focus, and all you are shouting on the altar is a pastor who have focus will not miss church service for any reason. I am raised for both the church I pastor and my assignment to the body of Christ. I am the Apostle to Assistant Pastors globally.
I don't like it, but God gave me.
In conclusion, Don't accept what i just told you, go and show your General Overseer if I am wrong or right. You will be shocked that these are the things your General overseer expects of you but can't tell you.
ON A GENERAL NOTE:
In some churches, you are not allowed to step down from the altar. You have to function around the altar area. It is the wrong spirit for you to be running all over the place in the name of the anointing. Function as it is operated where you are serving.
Only Assistant Pastors that are called by God to be under that ministry will understand, accept and obey these training manuals.
