“Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis of Short‐ and Long‐Term Outcomes Following Natural Or***ce Specimen Extraction for Colon Cancer”
More here 👉 https://irc.ad/LFq6

A new systematic review and meta-analysis on Natural Or***ce Specimen Extraction (NOSE) for colon cancer surgery demonstrates significant benefits. Compared to conventional laparoscopic resection, NOSE led to reduced blood loss, fewer overall postoperative complications, and faster patient recovery. Crucially, the study found no significant difference in long-term oncological outcomes, supporting NOSE as a safe, effective, and practical approach in selected patients.

💡 Technique of upper GI polypectomy and mucosal resection: esophagus
Watch here: https://irc.ad/TFL4

Mastering endoscopic resection for early esophageal cancer is crucial. This precise surgical technique requires appropriate experience for safe procedures.

Learn about the basic principle: the risk of lymph node metastasis increases with the depth of invasion, making careful inspection and assessment of all mucosal and submucosal lesions mandatory before resection.

With adequate resection and favorable outcomes, the long-term prognosis for the patient is excellent.
