Hi yoga friends! I'm not great with videos, but I've filmed a quick Sun Salutation tutorial if you'd like to practice them at home! Happy practicing!
Fun fact: We always start our Sun Salutations on the RIGHT side because the "right" side is associated with the sun. When doing our Moon Salutations, we start on the LEFT because the "left" is the moon side.
Sequence:
Tadasana
exhale, Pranamasana
inhale, Hasta Uttanasana
exhale, Padahastasana
plant the palms, step RIGHT leg back
inhale, Ashwa Sanchalanasana
exhale, Parvattasana
knees, chest, and chin come down to the mat, Ashtanga Namskara
inhale, Bhujangasana
exhale, Parvattasana
inhale, sweep RIGHT leg up and back, step in between palms
next inhale, Ashwa Sanchalanasana
exhale, plant the palms, step to top of mat, Padahastasana
inhale, Hasta Uttanasana
exhale, Pranamasana
**now the left side :)
inhale, Hasta Uttanasana
exhale, Padahastasana
plant the palms, step LEFT leg back
inhale, Ashwa Sanchalanasana
exhale, Parvattasana
