Part 2 - post-fracture, severe leg deformity and altered tibial slope: what strategy? 🧐

In Part 1 of this complex case, we introduced a 54-year-old active patient previously treated for a proximal tibial fracture. A severe leg deformity combined with a 30° tibial slope challenged standard treatment options.

According to the poll, 70% of you would have planned an osteotomy, and more specifically, 64% believed that the only way to address both a high tibial slope and severe tibial varus was a tibial plateau leveling osteotomy 📊

What strategy did the team ultimately choose? Did they opt for an osteotomy, as most of you would have done? 👉🏼 https://brnw.ch/21x0jay
