Why I do Cacao Ceremonies 🤎

Through my own experience in life , the pain I have felt , not knowing how to navigate it, who to turn to , what tools to use , feeling alone etc… I don’t want anyone feeling that way.
So I have created this safe space for exactly that. To give people the chance to feel seen, feel heard , feel safe with no judgement.

You may think it’s going to be harder because it’s a group of strangers, however strangers can be your biggest supporters! And those strangers will then become your family for life ❤️

This isn’t going to fix everything but I promise you , you will walk away with a cup fuller than when you arrived !

Before every session, I prepare more than just the room.

I set intention.

I cleanse the space with palo santo and sage.
I move stagnant energy with Tibetan bowls.
I ground the room with my eucalyptus rattle.

When you enter my space, you’re walking into clarity, safety and presence.

Healing doesn’t begin when we start the session.
It begins the moment you enter the space 🧡

Full moon soundbath ♥️ 🌹

Last night I hosted a full moon soundbath .
It was beautiful as always.

Everyone receives what they are supposed to receive that day, there’s no right , no wrong just healing of any sort.

This could be sleep, emotional release, laughter , tingling in the body, anger etc… whatever rises is what your body is wanting to release that day.

It’s all about surrendering.

And that’s why the space I create is sacred as soon as you walk in.
The energy is cleared , love is brought into the space energetically with a ritual & meditation I do before you walk in , a rose was bought for each of my clients from me as I believe everyone should feel special 🌹

I also provide after care as this is really important if emotions start to arise after the session. I’m only a phone call away 💌

I absolutely love my work , there’s no words for it , just pure love ✨

It was only 1 year ago in November that I dreamed of this life .
I sat with a plant medicine and I was even shown in my visions what I could have.
I’m now living it 💗

The past year , I’ve been able to achieve things, live my dreams by acting like I’ve already got them ✨
When you become the person that already has what you want , you are manifesting it.

However , it took a lot to get here , not everything is done at a click of a finger .
I had to do lots of healing, lots of shedding of the old me.
Surround myself with different people , change my environment, become aware of what is good or bad for me , let go of lots of people holding me back.

Once you close those doors, the right doors will open up for you!
Everything will feel like magic because of how quick and easy it all comes to you, it’s so effortless.

And that is called, living in Alignment 💗
