What's really going on?

Just this morning i saw a video of my gender advising men to stop doing DNA tests on their children.

According to her, any child born under your roof is yours 🀦🏽

Just a few more scrolling, i saw a woman celebrating the DNA tests of her 4 children.

I was just curious what could have prompted a man to cough out such a huge amount to do a DNA test on the 4 children?

See people telling the woman congratulations.

Congratulations, how?

Like the children you born while living with your hubby could be another man's?🀷🏽🀷🏽

The woman was shouting on top of her voice on the road, telling people that she has been vindicated.

Unnecessary Drama plenty on this app.

If you panic as a woman when DNA test is mentioned, ask yourself questions

And if you truly faithful, ask yourself what made him lose that trust and even query the paternity of his children.

Good moral values are gradually fading away from both men and women in our present society.

This is not about who chΒ£ats most in marriage, whether it's men or women.

Apart from the fact that 80% of br£ast milk is water, here is another reason you don't necessarily need an additional water for the first 6 months. The baby's immune system is still undeveloped and they can't resist anything that could come from water. However, if you are introducing formulas(baby milk), you have to give water. Good morning ❀️

Many mothers have argued that exclusively breastfed babies don't eat well after 6 months.

But in my own opinion as a mother that has exclusively breastfed 3 children for the first 6 months, eating or not eating well is dependent on the child and not exclusive breastfeeding.

Among my 3 children, the only one that was a bit picky was my first child.

Though she liked pap, okro soup and spaghetti.

The other two could eat sand if they see you eating it 🀣🀣🀣

Even some adults are really picky and not just kids.

Just like some new foods you have never tasted may not go well with you for the first few times you would taste it, some babies might struggle a little to get used to something different after breast milk.

It's not time for you to stick to just pap, morning, afternoon and night.

Try different varieties of foods, including adult foods.

Any baby that is up to 6 months can eat every adult foods.

That includes all soups, especially okro soup that goes down easily.

Even one egg could be a full meal for them. Try both boiled and fried.

Different purees as well. Potato puree; boiled potato, egg and carrots blended with milk and water to look like pap. Rice puree and others.

You see the madam at my back, she would hardly finish her food without "more please" 🀣🀣

She was exclusively breastfed o

So, it's not the exclusive breastfeeding but the baby.

What are your struggles with feeding your baby?

Exclusive breastfeeding makes babies not eat well. How true is it? What was your experience? Was it true for your children?

28/02/2026

Exclusive breastfeeding is the best, but not when it's obvious that you are not producing enough milk. You can always supplement until you are sure you have enough br£ast milk. Many women don't know that almost all babies lose some weight in the first week of delivery. Don't make the baby lose excessive weight just because you wish to stick to exclusive breastfeeding even while your br£ast milk hardly flows well. Happy weekend ❀️

Some of us asked me to throw more light on my post about all bl00d group (BG) O not being universal donors.

Let's look at bl00d transfusion generally

The rule is this πŸ‘‡πŸ½

Don't give a patient the bl00d that has anything he or she does not have in their bl00d.

BG A has antigen A and hence is called BG A. If the BG A has Rhesus antigen (antigen D) in addition, we call it A+ve. If not, A-ve.

BG B has B antigen and if it has Rhesus antigen (antigen D), we say it's B+ve. If not, B-ve.

You can't give a patient that is BG B, a bl00d from BG A because you would be introducing antigen A that is strange to the patient.

Let's go to BG O.

BG O has no antigen A or B and hence, it's supposed that it could be given to BG A and BG B, as it wouldn't introduce any strange antigen.

But then, there is another antigen to be considered; Rhesus antigen D.

Just the same way Rhesus negative women would react to babies that took positive from the husband, Rhesus negative patients react to anything from positive too.

So, the only universal donors are O-ve individuals; they have no A, B or Rhesus antigen and so, they can't introduce anything strange to you.

They are very generous and are life savers but unfortunately, having them as the patient that needs the transfusion is a nightmare for us.

That's because O-ve can only take O-ve transfusion and there are no many people with O-ve.

Massive respect for O-ve individuals that are the only universal donors 🫑🫑

Many people would be confused about this post 😁

Let's see those that understood it 🫢🏽

People like us that are Blood group (BG) O were feeling like generous queens in our junior secondary school, when our science teacher taught us that we were universal donors.

We can donate to other BG without issues.

Not until we advanced and found out that most BG O are not universal donors 😁

All thanks to Rhesus factor that disqualified us 🀣🀣🀣

Were you taught the same?

If there is any test i have always taken seriously right from day 1 of my work, it's definitely a genotype test.

I give it πŸ’― of my attention minus nothing and i could repeat it for more than 10 times if I'm not sure of the result.

If you have never had two different genotype results, you wouldn't understand.

I remembered during my youth service year in a military hospital.

I was the only scientist that run all the genotype samples because most of the soldiers working with me then were Lab technicians aside from the commander and his 2IC.

I remembered the very day a man came to collect the genotype results of his two sons.

One was AA and the other AS.

The man said that the one of AS was wrong because him and the wife were both AA.

Our commander insisted that he has never seen anyone that queried my results since i came and the results were right but he insisted on seeing me.

I came out and after explaining to me, i told him i was sure but since i didn't take the samples myself, i would repeat it.

I just wanted to be sure that their samples were not mislabeled and therefore, it was another person's result.

I took the samples right in front of him and repeated the tests.

Both came out the same; AA and AS.

I tried explaining to him that maybe him and the wife were not AA as he claimed but he said that it can't be true.

He just said that his wife has questions to answer when he gets home.

So, i suggested that he comes with the wife to redo theirs.

I came to work the following day and met the man at the car park already waiting for me to park and come down.

He told me that his wife is at the reception and he wants me to take their samples myself and run the genotype.

I accepted because i knew he wouldn't even allow those at the reception to take the samples.

If you see him and the wife, it was looking like they f0ught all night.

They were not talking to each other.

I grabbed my Lab coat, hand gloves and took their samples.

Their results came out and the man was AS while the wife was AAπŸ™†πŸ½

You need to see the joy on the wife's face.

The man then said that those that did his premarital test must hear from him anytime he travels home 😁

Na so my gender offered to buy me lunch that day 🀣🀣🀣

It's always safer to run your genotype test in two different places if you are not very sure of the result.

I can't even finish stories of genotype drama i encountered in that military hospital 😁
