If you’re due this winter and want some relaxation before baby arrives, a chance to connect with your partner and your baby, whilst educating yourselves about labour and birth then this could be for you.

Why don’t you combine this with two or three day hypnobirthing course in our glorious South Devon thatched cottage and prepare for your birth too?

Taking time out for yourself and your growing baby in pregnancy is so important. It is hard to find the time between juggling work and getting things ready for your new baby, so taking some well deserved rest in our tranquil setting, and really focusing on on your labour and birth can be really beneficial.

You will leave the retreat feeling totally relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated, along with feeling empowered and knowledgeable about your birth too!

Our hypnobirthing retreats are suitable from 12 weeks, and ideally taken before 32 weeks to give you lots of time to prepare.
