Managed to get a 40kg barbell over my head and onto my shoulders to squat with in Body Pump today. No help from a rack, just a sturdy posterior chain.
It got me thinking - could I have done this if my priority in training was to get smaller?
The answer is, no I could not!
For all of time, women have been a target of restriction and nowadays it seems we are becoming obsessed with inflicting restriction upon ourselves.
Train and eat not to get smaller, but to be the ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ version of you ๐คฉ๐ช๐ผ
