Me and some other self employed pals when for a ‘works Christmas do’ on Saturday and ended the night eating dry rolls from the spa! Wonderful day out was had by all 😆 I’m up and ready for a busy 4 day week this week but looking forward to a few days off in between 🎄

This message felt extra special to receive for a couple of reasons, I felt this client was nervous of me and how I was working as it is different to what they have been used to, but mainly because the client had expressed how they felt a lot better after their regular massage and that they feel relief for up to 36 hours after their appointment and that was ‘wonderful’ I explained that this was in fact not wonderful at all and I would be very disappointed if she only felt relief for such a short amount of time. My aim is ALWAYS to get you guys to a maintence level where you generally only need an appointment once a month to keep things feeling good and you pain free. To read that the client felt relief for nine whole days after her first session was amazing 🥰

Appointments for next year are almost all completed, if I haven’t done yours please remind me 😅 also can I ask everyone to PLEASE put your appointment dates and times into your diaries so that you don’t get confused on when you are due in or miss your appointment, I hate having to charge cancellation fee’s but it’s unavoidable if you miss your session or cancel at late notice 😬 thanks guys! Lots of love to you all, last push before Christmas now 🎄🎅
