Just a friendly reminder that the clocks go forward by 1 hour this Sunday Morning! 🌷

What this means:
- lighter evenings
- 1 less hour sleep 😴

While we welcome lighter evenings, this change can sometimes be confusing, especially for older loved ones.

💛 At Elite, we encourage families and carers to:
✔️ Help update clocks
✔️ Double-check medication timings
✔️ Offer a little extra support during the change

✨ People living with dementia are more likely to struggle to adapt to these changes

Carlie has been with the service since the very beginning and has played a vital role in shaping who we are today. With over 10 years of experience in domiciliary care, she brings knowledge, passion, and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support. As Manager, Carlie continues to lead with integrity, compassion, and a clear vision for the future of our service.

We are so proud to share that Hayley has recently stepped into her new role as Deputy Manager following a well-earned promotion. Hayley is just beginning her leadership journey, and we’re excited to support her as she grows into this role. 💐 This March marks four years since Elite being founded, and three years since our service first began operating — and what a meaningful journey it has been!

Over the past three years, we have experienced significant growth and positive change. We have evolved, refined our approach, strengthened our team, and continued striving to provide the very best for those we support.

With growth comes transformation, and we are incredibly proud of how far the service has come.
