The ABZWorks Green Skills Training Fund is now live!

Open to Aberdeen residents aged 18+, the Green Skills Training Fund can be used to support people to upskill or reskill across a broad range of green skills areas, including energy, construction, circular economy, horticulture, forestry, and more.

UKSPF funding has been used to create this opportunity, which is open to unemployed and employed people living in Aberdeen.

We're looking forward to welcoming everyone to our Get Into Construction event this morning. We're all set for the Beach Ballroom doors opening at 10am.

This is an ideal opportunity to find out about the varied roles available across the sector from labouring to architects - and what you need to get into those jobs.

Speak directly to people in the industry, as well as training organisations and educational establishments which can set you on your career path.

This event is open to job seekers, career changers, work returners, students, graduates, and senior phase school pupils.

The event runs until 1pm.

If you’re on benefits and have a life-limiting medical condition, you could get a fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, or more. Last year, we issued an average of £750 worth of support per person!
