Why do GP Practice receptionists ask questions?

It’s not about being nosy—it’s about getting you the right care, just like an ambulance call handler needs details to send the right help. Receptionists and call navigators work under the same strict confidentiality rules as your doctor. Sharing a little information helps us help you faster and better.

Help us help you—answering a few questions makes a big difference.
