Today has been a busy day from going to Bridge of Don and District Men's Shed, having The Rock Room Music Studio come to Woodlands for our piano lessons, volleyball hosted by Leigh’a and enjoying a sunset walk.

Eve has had a fantastic day out. From delicious food The Albyn to browsing the local shops, we were making memories and enjoying the sunshine ☀️

We have been without lady Catherine for today’s fizz Friday, however this didn’t stop us. We have danced and sung so much she may well have heard us in Tenerife! Thank you Amanda for the wonderful music 🎶

National Book Day has been such an engaging day, whether residents have preferred a group story telling or our mobile library which has been visiting each room, everyone has found the joy of the written word today. 📖

Strengthening our bodies and spirits!

Our residents had a fantastic time staying active with resistance band exercises this afternoon! Using light, stretchy bands is a gentle yet effective way to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
