• PTSD: intrusive memories, flashbacks, jumpiness. Therapy helps you process trauma at your own pace and reduce triggers.
• Anxiety: racing thoughts, constant worry, sleep disruption. Therapy teaches tools to manage worry and calm the body.
• Depression: low mood, loss of interest, fatigue. Therapy helps rebuild routines, meaning and hope.
• Relationship distress: repeated conflict, withdrawal, hurting patterns. Therapy improves communication and repairs connection.
