How’s your back? Or shoulders, hands or ankles? Still hurting from an awkward day on the yard? A fall?

Chronic pain is a pain that is a persistent pain that has been experienced for six months or longer. Anxiety, stress, and irritability can often make physical pain worse.

I combine techniques from my ‘toolkit’ to support both my animal and human clients. EMMETT is a gentle but very powerful tool and can help to alleviate pain and aid recovery from injury. Clients are usually amazed at how they feel after only a very short treatment.

EFT Tapping also works well for pain relief because chronic pain is often tied to unresolved emotional issues. The physical pain is real, however unresolved negative emotions can aggravate the situation.

In an EFT/Tapping session you can work through these negative emotions that are creating a high-stress environment for your body and work towards a relaxing and healing mental state that encourages healing within your body.

Our Visitor Services Manager will talk you through the fascinating history of the grounds and share their knowledge on some of the amazing Wildlife you may see on the estate. All while sitting on a carriage drawn by Clydesdale Horses 🐴.
