The family of the late Betty Wyman would like to return sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, and neighbours for the many kind and thoughtful expressions of sympathy extended to them during their recent sad loss of much loved mum, grandma, great-grandma, and friend. Grateful thanks to David Urquhart for handling the funeral arrangements and to Rev. Ray Cummings for the lovely service. Finally to all those who paid their last respects at Moray Crematorium and for the generous donation for the Scottish Huntington's Association.

Rona, Graeme, Jack and Glen would like to thank family and friends for their visits, cards, floral tributes and attendance at the funeral service following their loss of Dorothy. Thanks to Reverend John Gow for his comforting words and conducting the services in Church and at the graveside, Ian Whewell for his assistance with online arrangements, Lorna Smith for selecting and playing the music which Dorothy would have enjoyed. Thanks To Jill and her team at ASPIRE for the delicious teas featuring Dorothy’s favourites. Many thanks to David and William Urquhart for their support, compassion and efficient handling of arrangements for Dorothy’s final journey. The collection at the Church raised £417.20 for Dorothy’s chosen charities.

Dennis Runcie, aged 83 years, retired lorry driver, The Birches Slackhead Enzie Buckie, dearly loved husband of Elizabeth ( nee Reid ) dear dad of Fiona and Neil and father-in-law to Brian and Dawn and much loved granda to Aiden, Calum and Lucy. Funeral service at Moray Crematorium, Broadley Buckie on Wednesday April 29 at 2.30pm. All friends are respectfully invited. It is with a heavy heart Rona announces the peaceful passing of her mum, Dorothy in the care of Grove Care Home staff on Sunday April 12, 2026. Dorothy was a beloved mum, mother-in-law, granny Dorothy to Jack and Glen and a treasured auntie, cousin and friend to many. A celebration of Dorothy’s long and happy life will be held at Portsoy Church Centre on Monday April 20 at 1.30pm followed by internment at Portsoy cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to come and share memories of Dorothy. Please wear a touch of colour. Family flowers only please, but donations can be given at the Church door for Dorothy’s charities.
