💔 Recovering from Narcissistic Abuse

Healing from narcissistic relationships takes time.
It often involves unlearning self-blame, rebuilding trust in yourself, and gently reconnecting with who you are — not who you were expected to be.

Recovery isn’t linear. Some days you may feel strong, other days exhausted or confused — and all of that is valid.

Therapy can offer a safe space to:
• make sense of what happened
• rebuild boundaries
• restore self-worth
• reconnect with your inner voice

You are not “too sensitive”, its not "all in your head" and you will get through this.

Tools like the cycle of thoughts, feelings, behaviours and outcomes can help clients:
• slow things down
• notice triggers
• understand responses
• identify choice points for change
