Just a quick note to say thank you to all my clients old and new and all the recommendations. You certainly are keeping me busy, however, I am taking a long weekend off to enjoy some Halloween family fun 🎃

My November and December diary is filling up quickly, so if you are looking to schedule anything please do it quickly to save disappointment, especially my Thursday evenings, they seem very popular.

On the run up to Christmas I will try and add another late night in for you all.

Also it's never to early to be prepared, so if you know your loved ones like visiting Holistic Haven, why not surprise them with a gift voucher, I know many of my clients have said they will be requesting from family memebers 🤍

Lastly, my niece has been doing some training and I will be welcoming Jasmine into the shop to practice gel polish and BIAB nails. I will be looking for plenty models to get her confidence up, these will be offered at a very reduced price to cover materials only. If anyone would like to volunteer please let me know, mostly Saturdays.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, I, Sarah Rollo, BSc (Hons), joined the team at Aberdeen Osteopath Clinic in 2023 as an Independent Massage Therapist following the completion of my degree in Integrative Healthcare. I specialise in Advanced Remedial Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and Traditional Head Massage, offering treatments that support patients seeking relief from pain, stress, and work-related injuries, with the goal of restoring balance and promoting optimal health.

In addition to my work at Aberdeen Osteopath Clinic, I collaborate with Deborah at Holistic Haven to deliver Corporate Wellbeing Events and Community Clinics for local businesses across Aberdeen and the surrounding areas.

For clients who prefer treatments in the comfort of their own homes, I also provide a fully mobile service.

As the school holidays fast approach, I would like to remind everyone that there may be some changes to normal working hours to fit in with childcare. My days will remain the same, just slightly different hours on occasion.

I am also on holiday from Saturday 26th July until Thursday 7th of August and again 8/9th of August.

Normal hours will resume on Tuesday 12th of August.

My diary is filling fast so if you need any appointments before I turn my out of office on, please get in touch to save any disappointment.

Holistic haven has had some new followers recently so let me show you around incase your thinking of booking in 😊

Nice spacious upstairs where you'll maybe see me working away at my laptop catching up on all things admin, if you see me pop in and say hello, I can show you around and answer any queries you may have 😊

When the lights are on and no-one is around you will see my treatment in progress hanging on the front door, the doors are locked during this time as reception is not manned, you will find all details and social QR codes on the main sign or window.

Treatment room is downstairs which is a nice cosy setting and used for Complementary Therapies and Psychotherapy sessions.

It's been a busy couple of days providing massages for the lovely staff at stork UK!

I think it's safe to say myself and Sarah will sleep well tonight!

There will be some changes to my normal working hours next week due to corporate events and holidays, therefore the salon will be closed Thursday 1st, Friday 2nd and Saturday the 3rd of May.

I have a couple of spaces left on Tuesday 29th April if anyone would like to book in.

12pm - 1 hour
2.15pm - 1 hour
3.15 - 30 minutes

Normal working hours will resume on Tuesday 6th of May 🤍
