What a beginning to the new year. First we have snow and now we have rain. We are most certainly being asked to slow down and reset.
2026 is a 1 year (2+ 2 is 4 +6 is 10.1+0=1)
A 1 year is all about New Beginnings self motivation and manifestation.

Hiya everyone so excited to announce our first day retreat for 2026.
Winter can be long and dark, however we are coming close to the winter solstice on the 21st Dec and the nights will soon becoming lighter.

We have a couple of spaces left for Saturday.
So excited for this. It's OK to put our needs first it isn't selfish or unkind. We can only give from a full cup. If we keep giving and giving we will become drained and fatigued. This day will help you recharge. Xx

I used to find it so hard to put myself first. I was always saying yes, worried that if I said no, I might let someone down or hurt their feelings. I gave so much to others that I often ended up running on empty.
