I'm offering the opportunity for people to experience my tried and tested nutrition/training programme (tested through our www.ibizaislandfit.co.uk case study team whose ongoing results prove to be outstanding). Applying my 13 years varied experience as a fitness trainer, and working within the Health Sciences Academy Nutritional guidelines, my aim is to improve my clients health, fitness and ultimately quality of life. Through the interactive page you will have access to my support, daily information on recipes and training elements and you will also be able to communicate with other people on the programme. All I ask that you stay with me for the first 28 days at least so you have all the tools necessary to continue making the changes long term. The "trance" phase of our Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions are simply to enhance our therapeutic work. Similar to day dreaming we experience trance multiple times a day. Ever found yourself driving to a destination and finding you can't remember getting there? Its a relaxed, focused state of mind that a person enters during a hypnotherapy session. It's the key condition that allows positive suggestions to reach the subconscious mind more effectively, helping with issues like anxiety, habits, pain management, trauma processing, and more.
