Applying my 13 years varied experience as a fitness trainer, and working within the Health Sciences Academy Nutritional guidelines, my aim is to improve my clients health, fitness and ultimately quality of life. Through the interactive page you will have access to my support, daily information on recipes and training elements and you will also be able to communicate with other people on the programme. All I ask that you stay with me for the first 28 days at least so you have all the tools necessary to continue making the changes long term.
