2026 is the year of the horse. Whether you believe in this type of symbolism doesn’t really matter.

It’s expected to be a year of freedom confidence and forward momentum.

The horse represents strength, courage and progress. We could all use some of that!

Maybe this is a time to leave toxic habits or toxic people in the past and embrace a more hopeful future.

Why would we attach such negative things to an animal that should run wild and free…

Amazing One Life review today 🥰

I was referred to Gillian via a fellow businessman. I am a high growth businessman driven by success. However, I started sessions with Gillian at a very low point in my life, both personally and professionally.

I had previously seen several coaches and therapists before working with Gillian to help me try and reduce my anxiety and depression. From the very first session with Gillian, I realised I needed to look no further for the help I needed.

From the very beginning she explained to me why I was feeling the way I was. I realised in that moment that part of my anxiety and depression was triggered by not knowing what was happening to me and why. In all my previous sessions with psychiatrists and psychologists nobody had ever explained to me why. From one session with Gillian I understood what depression meant, why I felt as I did and that reduced my anxiety by 50% straight away.

During the sessions Gillian, would listen, reflect, and it finished with some relaxing hypnosis which would hardwire what we previously talked about. The hypnosis part helped me reduce my overthinking brain and really switch off.

As my anxiety decreased, I started setting goals and found I was achieving them with ease. I am a goal driven person by nature but felt very weakened at the start of my sessions with Gillian but the strength she gave me helped me get back on the right path.

When I started working with Gillian, I was single, depressed and low. Today my business is flourishing again. I have brought in a CEO to help manage my business so I can continue to enjoy my work life balance which Gillian helped me develop. I also have the right partner in my personal life and am now happily married. I have now found love and have love in my life and work.

This is my experience of Gillian and One Life.

My name is Jordan, and I vaped for 10 years, as addicted as one could possibly be. It was never out of my hand, I couldn’t even go to the toilet without it. If I left it behind or couldn’t find it instantly, I would experience intense anxiety and feel physically sick at the thought of not having it. I’d turn the house upside down searching for it, and nothing was more important in my life than finding it.

This is just to illustrate the severity of my addiction.

However, after a two-hour session with Gillian, I’ve never looked back. The first weekend was quite tough, as I kept reaching for it out of habit, and my mood swings were intense. But after the first two to three days, I haven’t thought about it since. In fact, the thought of va**ng now makes me feel dirty.
