Baby and Me hold classes every Tuesday at Balgownie Community Centre, Aberdeen. Suitable from birth to 16/18 months old there is something for everyone!
💜 Baby Massage, 1pm-2.30pm. Suitable from birth to 12 months old. 90 minute classes held over a 5 week period allow you to have some wonderful bonding time with your little one, while learning how to relieve the symptoms of gas, colic, teething and aiding your babies brain development. There is also dedicated time for the adults to bond with one another and allow natural friendships to grow.
💚 An Introduction to Baby Yoga, 11.45am-12.45pm. Suitable from 8 weeks to 6 months old. 60 minute classes held over a 5 week period allow you some gentle and fun time to connect with your baby through loving movements that aid your babies digestion, promote natural sleep, aid their brain development and allow natural movement appropriate for your babies stage. There is also dedicated time to connect to your own body, breath and mind with gentle yoga movements suitable for your recovery. Conversations also allow true friendships to form with the other families in your class.
💛 Baby Yoga, 10.30-11.30am. Suitable from 12 weeks to pre mobile.
🧡 Mobile Baby Yoga, 9.30-10.15am. Suitable for babies who can sit independently, roll, crawl, stand or walk to 16/18 months.
Both of these classes can be booked per day, week, month or term. So you never need to pay for a class you know you wont be able to attend. Classes have fun and enjoyable movements for both baby and adult, which aid brain and physical development. There is also dedicated time to connect with your own body, breath and mind. With dedicated time to talk and connect with the other families.
Baby and Me classes see all of you, not just you as a parent.
