🌟 A Gentle Reminder This Festive Season 🌟
While the festive holidays are often filled with joy and celebration, we know this time of year isn’t easy for everyone. For some, it can bring feelings of loneliness, grief, or stress. If you’re finding things difficult, please remember you’re not alone. Reach out to someone you trust, or speak to a healthcare professional if you need support. There are people who care and want to help. 💙
Let’s all be kind to ourselves and to each other this festive season. A simple smile, a kind word, or a listening ear can make a big difference. 💫
Wishing peace and comfort to all.

Due to the significant number of people in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI) and Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital (RACH) will 'flu/other respiratory illness, staff of both hospitals will be wearing fluid repellent surgical masks. We ask relatives, visitors, parents and carers to please do the same.

Please do not visit - or bring siblings to visit - if you or they have any symptoms of respiratory illness (cough, sore throat, runny nose) or norovirus (diarrhoea and/or vomiting). These illnesses spread very quickly and can be serious in those who are already unwell. Thank you for your support and co-operation.
