I can't believe it's Christmas eve already! This year seems to have flown by at lightning speed!

Thank you so much to my wonderful regular clients for keeping me busy and to all the lovely new people I've met this year.

It's an absolute privilege to share in your highs, lows, tears, joys and laughter. It really has been a roller coaster of a year for many, and for those experiencing difficult change and loss, I send extra love ❤️

To the beautiful babies born this year and due next and to the amazing people who support the Relax and Renew and Portsoy Wellness Retreats that are delivered in partnership with the fantastic Yvonne at Yogavonne. Thank you 🙏

That's a wrap for Relax & Renew 2025! Can't believe how quickly the year has flown by!

Thank you to our wonderful participants this morning, who came for a relaxing
pre-Christmas reset (some even felt energised enough afterwards to tackle the Christmas shopping! Bravo 👏 🎄🎅🎁

The morning ended on a high with delicious homemade gingerbread. A real treat! Thank you Diane Lawson 😘

P E A C E F U L P O R T S O Y

It's taken a day to digest the latest trip up to pretty Portsoy for our Spring Wellness Retreat of restorative healing.

Kindness and compassion flowed from each of our wonderful ladies. New supportive connections were forged, friendships blossomed, and a deep sharing of hearts, minds and emotions was truly at the centre of this magical group of strong women.

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the incredibly talented storyteller Helen Macdonald, The Blacksmith's Daughter, who led us on a beautiful journey of tales that explored the art of being true to oneself. We were all captivated. What a treat!

A very special weekend filled with deep conversation and reflection, outdoor and indoor yoga, delicious food, hot-tubbing, storytelling, inner journeying through breath work, massage, meditation, sound therapy, self-healing techniques, Qi Gong and journaling.

Our food was fabulous and supplied by the ever lovely Annie Geddes of Annie's Wee Catering Company.

Special thanks to Ella Davidson and Diane Lawson for their amazing baking - delicious as always! 🍰🙏

There are a few places left on our September Retreat if you'd like to escape and join us! Dates are the 12th - 14th September 2025.
