I can’t quite believe it’s been a whole decade!

Ten years of doing something I love, surrounded by the very best people and gallons of essential oil along the way!

❤️ To all my amazing clients, whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or are more recent — thank you. Your support, trust and kindness is simply wonderful.

🧡 Special shout out to Joanna & Ailsa at Saplinbrae Hotel and Lodges for welcoming me in the early days and giving me a cosy room for many years. I’ll always be grateful to have been part of such a supportive team.

💜 A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has joined the Wellbeing Retreats in Portsoy and the Relax & Renew sessions alongside the lovely Yvonne of Yogavonne.

These events always create such beautiful moments of calm, connection, community.....and of course a fair share of Peppa Pig-style snoring (no names mentioned! 🐽😄)

I love working from home, but that's meant Phil and the boys have had to develop some seriously solid ninja skills 🥷

For tall lads, their ability to move around quietly, avoid creaky floorboards, and communicate entirely in looks is quite impressive. They are ace 💙

And my little secretary, Miss Quinn 🐕 who loves watching you all come and go (the stories she must hear!) 🫣😆

Our next daytime Relax & Renew will take place on Saturday 18th April from 10-12pm at Fetterangus Hall and we have a few spaces left.

🪻SPARKLING SPRING AWAKENINGS🪻

From the moment we arrived in beautiful Portsoy on Friday afternoon, we were met with the warmest of welcomes—clear blue skies above and the sea shimmering like diamonds below. It felt like the perfect beginning.

Yvonne and I were delighted to return to the wonderful Sail Loft Bunkhouse to host our Spring Wellness Retreat, a weekend dedicated to rest, connection, and gentle restoration.

What made it truly special were the people. Our wonderful group brought such kindness, openness, and ease. There was a natural flow to the weekend—new friendships forming, laughter shared, and heartfelt conversations that created a safe and supportive space for everyone.

We were delighted to welcome back the incredibly gifted storyteller Helen Macdonald, The Blacksmith’s Daughter. Through her beautiful blend of story and song, she invited us to reflect on what it means to be human in the most touching and inspiring way.

Our days unfolded with a nourishing rhythm—yoga outdoors and in, breathwork, meditation, massage, sound therapy, Qi Gong, journaling, and time to simply be. There was sea swimming, hot-tubbing under open skies, deep rest, and space for inner exploration.

And of course, we were so well looked after with the most delicious food, lovingly prepared by Annie Geddes of Annie’s Wee Catering Company. Huge thanks to Annie and Brenda—you always bring such warmth and care to our table.

It was a weekend full of connection, reflection, and renewal.

✨️Change of Working Hours✨️

Hello everyone,

From April, I’ll be reducing my evening appointments from four nights a week to two.

After careful consideration (and a few tired evenings!), I’ve decided it’s time to try and achieve that mysterious thing called work/life balance!

I’ll still also be working full days Monday to Friday. So, if you usually come in the evening but have a bit of flexibility during the day, whether it’s an early bird appointment or a lunch break visit, please let me know and I’ll do my very best to accommodate.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful group of ladies who joined us last night for our very first Relax & Renew by Candlelight ✨🕯

Seeing you arrive in your PJ's and fluffy socks, ready to unwind, truly made the evening so special. It was such a calm, cosy way to close the week — time to breathe, reset and gently recharge before the weekend.

Our March and April Candlelight sessions are now fully booked (thank you so much!), but if you’d like to be the first to hear about future dates, just pop Bev a message.

I can't believe it's Christmas eve already! This year seems to have flown by at lightning speed!

Thank you so much to my wonderful regular clients for keeping me busy and to all the lovely new people I've met this year.

It's an absolute privilege to share in your highs, lows, tears, joys and laughter. It really has been a roller coaster of a year for many, and for those experiencing difficult change and loss, I send extra love ❤️

To the beautiful babies born this year and due next and to the amazing people who support the Relax and Renew and Portsoy Wellness Retreats that are delivered in partnership with the fantastic Yvonne at Yogavonne. Thank you 🙏

That's a wrap for Relax & Renew 2025! Can't believe how quickly the year has flown by!

Thank you to our wonderful participants this morning, who came for a relaxing
pre-Christmas reset (some even felt energised enough afterwards to tackle the Christmas shopping! Bravo 👏 🎄🎅🎁

The morning ended on a high with delicious homemade gingerbread. A real treat! Thank you Diane Lawson 😘
