The day will include:
• One-to-one “What Matters to Me” conversations
• Expert advice from the NHS Grampian Chronic Pain Management Team
• Opportunities to speak with health and social care professionals
• Information from voluntary organisations and local services
• Practical tools and strategies for managing pain
• Peer support and connection
Whether newly diagnosed or living with chronic pain for many years, this event aims to provide helpful information and supportive conversations.

Living with Chronic Pain? You’re not alone. Our Chronic Pain Community Appointment Day is a supportive, welcoming space for people living with chronic pain to come together, learn, and connect.
