Are you passionate about caring for others and looking for a rewarding role in your local community? We are currently recruiting Home Care Support Workers in Alford and Oldmeldrum to join our dedicated and friendly team.

📍 Location: Alford and Oldmeldrum
🕒 Hours: Flexible shifts available (mornings, evenings, weekends)
💷 Pay: Competitive rates + mileage + enhancements
🚗 Driving licence & access to a vehicle essential

What you'll be doing in your role as a care worker:

• Supporting clients in their own homes with personal care, medication, meal prep, and companionship
• Promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care
• Communicating effectively with families and the wider care team
• Maintaining accurate records and following care plans

• Full training – no experience needed
• Ongoing support and development opportunities
