Hi I am Rachel the heart behind Healing Harmony. A Reiki healer based in Elrick, Westhill Aberdeenshire.
My journey into energy healing began when I visited a friend for some Reiki I was curious in how it would help me. As soon as the session finished i felt like all the worry in my life had lifted.
I knew I had to learn this healing modality, it was like I was remembering that this is something I can do. That I can help others feel better in their body.
Fast forward a couple of years I am passionate about helping people feel more lighter and calmer in their lives. Gentle supportive Reiki helps you feel more connected to yourself.
