Hi I am Rachel the heart behind Healing Harmony. A Reiki healer based in Elrick, Westhill Aberdeenshire.
My journey into energy healing began when I visited a friend for some Reiki I was curious in how it would help me. As soon as the session finished i felt like all the worry in my life had lifted.
I knew I had to learn this healing modality, it was like I was remembering that this is something I can do. That I can help others feel better in their body.
Fast forward a couple of years I am passionate about helping people feel more lighter and calmer in their lives. Gentle supportive Reiki helps you feel more connected to yourself.

In my sessions, I love to include:

🌿 Essential oils & grounding scents
👐 Gentle hand massage
🎶 Sound healing

I often have people asking me if reiki will help them with grief.

I tell them that Reiki helps lift the heaviness of grief it lifts the sadness so that your grief becomes more manageable.

You are able to remember the good times and love you have for that person.

Reiki has helped me so much with the loss of my baby girl and I know it can help others 💖
