So.....

I have been working on a little something in the background. Based on listening to opinions and chat in classes.

This is something I've wanted to do for a while but life just kept getting in the way, then there is the little pesky thing called self doubt that made me wobble.

But I've decided to trust my instincts, because this is what I tell you all to do, so I guess I should follow my own advice, right??

So here we go.......got my big girl pants on.

I really hope you are all going to support me with this one. 🙏

Hello March,

It's so lovely to see you.

January flew by so quickly, we loved the snow, the rain less so.

February, you have been a s* show for us personally. The car dramas just kept on rolling, and still are tbh.
It was mentally draining and very stressful. My wee business took the hit and it was all I could do to be present for classes, so something had to give, and that was showing up on here.
But I was always here in the background, supporting the girls through their beautiful transition to Motherhood, sometimes you don't have to be visible on social media to be achieving.

March, I have high hopes for you. Fresh spring days, please, that put a bounce in our steps.
The ability to invest my time in my wee business.

It's time to emerge from the hibernation of winter.
Time to live with purpose, and look forward to sunny days.

Thank you all for your patience the last couple of weeks.
We've been dealing with lots of car disasters that have taken up a lot of my time, only leaving me time for teaching my classes. So admin has had to take a back seat to keep all the other plates spinning. It's been a lot!

Thank you for your understanding, that should be all enquiries replied to now, if I've missed you, give me a nudge.

A wee holiday announcement.....

This Friday is February Midterm hols for the schools so I am taking a wee scheduled break from daytime teaching to look after my little people and spend some prescious time together.

There will be NO Mum and Baby classes on.....

Tuesday 10th February

And

Wednesday 11th February

Evening classes will continue as usual.

Daytime classes will resume again the week beginning the 16th February and all classes will then continue until the Easter Holidays, when I will then be taking some time off with my family.

Wishing all of you a lovely Midterm break and hoping this awful weather settles so we can all get outside again and burn off some of the crazy.
Until then I'm hanging in there and dreaming of Spring.

Classes are booked in blocks of 8 consecutive weeks, to ensure there is space for everyone each week. I can offer a little flexibility to this if needed and if arranged in advance.

Come and join us, Community is not a new concept for us, this wee Community has been running and building in the Shire for the last almost 9 years!
All classes are taught by myself, so you get the personal touch. I know all the Mummies and their babies by name, long after they have left my classes. Many return and I'm always happy to be stopped to say hello when I'm out and about, trust me I won't have forgotten you. 💜

Happy New Year All!

I am slowly and reluctantly emerging from the cosy slow paced bliss of the Festive Period.

Apologies for being MIA on social media over the Festive period, it was a conscious decision I made to not succumb to the expectation and pressure to keep showing up here whilst taking time off to be with my family. Did I feel guilty doing so, yes, should I have felt guilty, NO! This I will work on next time.
But the question is..... am I glad I did so. YES.

Some of you know my wee family had a tough time last year, especially in Nov and Dec, and that tough time does not look like it will ease up anytime soon, So this was much needed, precious family time to refill their cups, re-bulid their resilience supply and allow my little people to relax fully so their nervous systems can reset.

Today the plan was to catch up on Admin and Enquiries with my childfree time..... but instead the reality is I am juggling 4 kids and work. 🤣

But the main message I want to send out today is that there will be NO Classes this week.

🌟🌟🌟CLASSES WILL RECOMMENCE FOLLOWING THE FESTIVE 🌟🌟🌟
BREAK NEXT WEEK

When hopefully the weather is more predictable and it is safer to head out.

Until then, I am where I always am for you all.... at the end of WhatsApp, if you need any support at all.
