The next monthly reset is now live to book your space.

2 hours of relaxation, resetting your nervous system and promoting healing. It can be your time-out for some peace and quiet. You do not need any experience in yoga, as there is very little movement.

Just wear comfy stretchy clothes that layer as your body temperature may naturally drop, grab your favourite blanket to tuck yourself in.

Do you want to practice your headstands, but you don't get enough time in class to really explore the pose? This yoga class has been created to warm up, strengthen and explore the inversion, trying various ways to get up, stay up and build confidence. This class is not for beginners with zero experience. It is for regular practitioners who may or may not get into the pose.
