Iv a few spaces remaining for this chilled crafty session
A great way to start the year, ill guide you through 2 meditations, and then we will make our vision boards...can be as wild or tame as you like , its a great way to manifest 😍
all materials are provided - youre vision board will be A3 sized and framed.
Theres tea and cake too 🍰☕️

Would make a lovely unique Christmas pressie, or a group activity for the long january ahead.

Ill have the heaters on at Danestone Congregational Church all ready for you arriving

Iv one space remaining for mays all inclusive retreat down in arbroath, its sharing a twin room (other bed booked) this is avaliable to ladies only please
Its £75 deposit and remaining balance by middle of march

My wee heart! Thanks so so much to all the lovely ladies who attended the floating soundbath tonight! Im beyond grateful to you all for coming along and having trust in me...and the blow up beds haha
Was a lovely session and you all looked super zen!

Its Been my goal for over a year to bring floating soundbaths to Aberdeen, so a proud wee moment for sure to do the first one ,and so chuffed it went well. 🥳
A massive thank you to my cousins for helping me set up and tidy up as well ❤️

I wont be returning to Ardoe House Hotel & Spa now till spring time, but you can still access soundbaths at their pool!

Floating soundbath

For anyone attending on Friday, please wear something you dont mind getting wet...you shouldn't get wet but just incase, please take a change if clothes, some flip-flops or crocs etc
You'll be supported onto the airbed from.the side if the pool and pushed off to float, and on return you can either get off in water and swim back or someone will support you off again at side if pool
Its a very warm space so you'll prob not need a blanket but feel free to bring along
You can wear swim wear ..theres a changing room for after but everyone has to be out of there by 10.15
