Concious connective Breathwork is a guided circular breathing practice (no pause between breaths in and out)set to music that can help unlock and release stored emotions, reduce stress, release stored trauma, , and bring a deep sense of clarity and calm. It creates space to let go of what you’ve been holding onto and reconnect with yourself.

Afterwards, you’ll be gently held in the healing vibrations of a crystal bowl soundbath, allowing your body and mind to fully integrate, relax, and restore.

Hi everyone 😃

Turriff first floating session tomo...very excited!
For those attending, theres changing rooms on site, youll be asked to wear the foot covers provided please,
You shouldn't get wet but sometimes a small amount of water can get on the bed, and youll need to mount and dismount using the stairs so feet will get wet...please wear something comfy, id suggest leggings shorts or swim wear, tshirt..its a hot space , bring a spare set and a towel.
Georgie will be on hand to help you get in and out of the pool.
Please keep noise down when you arrive incase a sessions still in swing, please arrive in time to change and be ready to come through for your session starting 10.30, 11.40, 12.50
