As always, we do a consultation first to discuss how you are feeling and what I can help you with... From here I do a diagnostic tongue reading which will help me to see which organs are working harder or not hard enough, where your body is finding things hard. This is useful even if you are just slightly off balance, in Chinese medicine we want to catch things before they become full illnesses. From here I can apply ear seeds, these little magic beads apply a gentle pressure, giving your body a gentle nudge and allowing it the encouragement to balance itself. I will sometimes apply a more clinical bead of we decide this is useful (a small pin) or even an acupuncture needle.

While I allow the needles to settle I will continue to check your changing tongue and I will give you a reflexology session again gently encouraging your body to find balance.

I have lots of enquiries after my post the other day. For clients with high cortisol symptoms I would initially reccomend the Tranquility Healing treatment. We will do a full consultation on arrival where you tell me what you are feeling I then will do a tongue reading so I can fully check what's going on in the body. I will then apply ear acupressure seeds (or possibly some acupuncture) before treating you to a reflexology session.

Once I have done this I will be better placed to create a treatment plan to help get your levels back under control.
