⚠️ Icy conditions this morning ❄️ Overnight rain followed by below-zero temperatures means roads and pavements are likely to be very icy. Please take extra care if you’re heading out and only travel if it’s essential. Allow extra time and take it slow. If you take a tumble on snow or ice:

• Move slowly and check for pain
• You might feel stiff or sore later — that’s normal.
• If it hurts to put weight on it, rest it
• Use ice (wrapped in a towel) for 10–20 minutes at a time
• Take over-the-counter pain relief if needed
• Gentle movement as it starts to feel better
