Finally! Scottish government has passed law to ensure patient safety in aesthetics.

Aesthetic procedures are to be regulated. All services who provide them will adhere to strict clinical and environmental regulations with proper clinical oversight of a prescribing nurse or doctor on the premises at all times.

This means that premises must register for inspection and meet the clinical standards of a healthcare environment; a back room in a salon, sunbed shop or in someone’s spare room will be illegal.

Highly recommended ***** I really was so nervous about starting any aesthetics journey but here I am now a few sessions in. You’re put at ease from the moment you enter to the second you leave.
