📣 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📣
We’re thrilled to share some wonderful news—Lora one of our key team members is pregnant! 👶🏼🩵🩷 This is such an exciting time for her, and we’re committed to fully supporting her throughout this journey.
Of course, we also want to reassure everyone that we’re planning ahead to make sure our business continues to run smoothly. We’ll be making adjustments where needed, redistributing responsibilities, and doing everything we can to ensure both our team and our clients feel supported during this transition.
As a result, there will be some temporary changes to our services in the coming months. Our priority will remain with our regular clients, especially those receiving regular hair loss and hair replacement services. We want to reassure you that we’ll do everything possible to accommodate your needs and ensure you are always looked after.
Due to availability, we will be placing a temporary hold on new fittings for permanent hair systems such as CNC, SkalpD, and men’s hair systems. During this time, we’ll be down to one specialist, as one will be away on maternity leave. This hold will only be in place for a short while—Lora is planning to return after six months, all being well—and once she’s back, we’ll resume full services as normal.
We’re grateful for your trust and understanding, and we’re confident that, together, we’ll make this transition seamless.
