Christmas can be fun and joyful, but for many, it’s when stress, loneliness, financial pressure, and grief are at their highest.

Most of the signs of struggle get mislabeled as
“being tired,” “being busy,” or
“just not in the Christmas spirit.”

Mental Health Training is important because it can help you:

- Spot early signs of anxiety, depression, burnout & crisis on yourself or others.
- You learn how to respond without judging, pushing, or dismissing someone.
- You become a safe, supportive person when it’s needed most.

She did it! 🏆

Our Managing Director, Christina Sutherland, won Inspirational Woman of the Year yesterday at the BWC Athena Awards.

Here is a snippet from her winning speech…

‘I have worked in health and social care recruitment for 20 years, and next March marks 12 years since I started my own nurse recruitment agency in Aberdeen. What began as a small dream - one person, a phone, desk in my livingroom and a passion to make a difference - has grown into something I could never have imagined.’

‘It isn’t always easy running a business on your own, wearing every hat, especially at the beginning - managing director, HR, cleaner, therapist, and sometimes even IT support! There have been lots late nights (still are), tough decisions, and plenty of tea along the way.

But what’s kept me going is the belief that what i do truly matters and makes a difference in people's lives’
