I haven’t posted in a while, but I have several exciting announcements that I will be sharing over the next few weeks! Firstly, thank you so much to all of my amazing clients that have kept me so busy over the last 1.5 years! I truly enjoyed meeting and getting to you know you all as I navigated my new adventures as being a self-employed therapist. I’m having a blast and still as obsessed as ever with training and research to continually evolve and improve my services. More details to come soon!
I will be moving locations to 1 Claremont Street from the 6th of January. I absolutely loved my time at LBR Hair and Beauty and thankful for the support and banter from the team, but it’s time for me to have my own wee therapy room. More details to follow. Please note all bookings from the 6th of January will be at the new location.

I’m recently back from an absolutely amazing experience working for Adventure Canada on an expedition cruise around the remote Scottish isles. I had a blast working with the most warm, kind, intelligent, genuine, and fun team of adventures a girl could ask for. Thanks you for this opportunity, showing me the ropes, and the hilarious banter! Missing you all already 😊😘🤩

I'm delighted to announce that I've been nominated for The Heart & Soul Awards 2025, as local wellness practitioner of the year! I will inform everyone when the voting will open and will hopefully make it to the finals. The voting opening date will be announced soon. The Awards Ceremony will take place on Saturday, July 5th, at the stunning Beach Ballroom in Aberdeen.
