Weekly Mental Health Reminder
Your mental health matters just as much as everything else on your to-do list.
The next few weeks, try to slow the pace and check in with yourself:
1. Mind:
Notice your thoughts. What’s taking up space? What can be gently let go?
2. Body:
Pause and breathe. Stretch. Drink water. Your body keeps the score support it.
3. Emotions:
Whatever you’re feeling is valid. You don’t need to “fix” it immediately. Just acknowledge it.
4. Connection:
Reach out to someone you trust. Even a short message can soften loneliness.
5. Small reminder:
Progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes the quietest steps still count.
