🥰 Positive Staff Recognition 🥰
We are delighted to have experienced a significant thaw over the weekend, and now surrounded by a lot less snow!
Thank you to the clients, and their families, who have submitted kind words during the horrendous weather conditions, praising staff for their efforts. We thought it would be nice to share some of these with you all.

I would like to give a special shout out to *** who has been a trouper since last week, even appearing on time which was not an expectation... It is not an easy time for anyone so thank you all."
