due to the success of a couple of impromptu online meetings over the winter period, we have decided to make this a regular meeting

🔁 FORTNIGHTLY
we will meet on zoom for an hour or so

⚓️ CONNECT, SHARE + STRENGTHEN
we meet to anchor in and connect with each other - to show support in a non judgmental environment

This is open to men walking the conscious path: brothers, sons, fathers, partners

It’s been a great year for Alpha Alignment Aberdeen, Thursday night we will celebrate the men who show up for each other with a relaxed sharing circle, cacao and shortbread
