I have recently qualified from LKY teacher training school as a children's yoga teacher! I have a background in childcare as a nursery nurse, and have a keen interest in children's learning and development. I have three children of my own and realise how hectic life can be so yoga for me is a way of learning to breathe and concentrate on one thing for a change. It can help children relieve stress,
boost the immune system, improve concentration and energy levels to name a few. In flying Yogi's we will learn and have fun through:
