So all the hard work has been done! When you get to this stage on Sunday and you can see the finish line, you will feel euphoric and that will carry you for a while.

When you come back down to earth give some thought to your recovery plan - a relaxing massage to remove some of the feelings of fatique; a therapeutic massage to help your strained muscles recover; or some advice about a recovery plan.
