it's yoga, its here in Aberdeen What's it all about? OHY, is the Original Hot Yoga series.

It's a sequence of 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises, for 90mins, in a room heated and sustained at 40.5C/105 degrees fahrenheit, 40 - 60% humidity. OHY is for everyone and everybody. Designed to work the entire body and focus the mind. OHY begins with standing breathing, the warm up, preparation for your class. Moves into the standing balancing series, teaches mind and body to harmonise, improves your balance, flexibility, strength. Next the floor series, deeper spine strengthening poses. Finish, with final breathing and dead body pose (savasana,) rest. This series with a regular practice brings rapid improvement in body shape, fitness, overall health and mental well-being. Expect it to be challenging! Know it will be rewarding!
