This November, we're shining a spotlight on two critical health issues: Diabetes and Lung Cancer.
🩺 Diabetes Awareness Month
Diabetes affects over 1 in 10 adults globally, with many cases going undiagnosed. Early detection and lifestyle changes can make a huge difference. This month, we’re promoting awareness around risk factors, screening, and the importance of self-management.

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the UK. Recognising symptoms early—like a persistent cough or breathlessness—can save lives.
📅 Throughout November, we’re sharing resources and encouraging screenings, especially for those over 55 with a history of smoking.
